Job Description

Your tasks

  • Development (in alignment with Central Quality Coburg), training and Implementation of Quality Tools/Methods in Plants in North America: a. SAP/QM Processes (Incoming
  • Inspection, Claim Management, Requalification) b. QIM System c. ORL (Launch) Process d. Top-Q Process e. Audits ( LPA, process, product) f. QS-Stat/Procella g.
  • Rework, Sorting & Firewall processes h. Core Tools (FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA) i. Traceability (Docubatch) j. FMEA and RFMEA k. Production Failure Management
  • Support/Lead on escalated Quality topics in plants
  • Read Across of corrective actions to similar products or processes in NA and Globally
  • Drive our pro-active customer scorecard awareness and correction actions
  • Systemic identification and improvement at the plants and regional level based on findings using our APP based LPA Software
  • Coordination of resident Engineers within NA
  • Verification of plant firewalls based on risk from FMEAs
  • Cooperation with local BPS Team on production Quality topics
  • Support/Lead ramp-up of new plants/extension of existing plants
  • Lead and coordinate Quality Initiatives within NA region

Your Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Engineering degree
  • Specialized knowledge and skills: SAP Core, Tools
