As a member of the GVPE / GVFPI department, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between product design and manufacturing execution. This position focuses on the strategic planning of final assembly processes, maintaining global standards, and conducting advanced feasibility assessments. You will evaluate project compatibility with future designs, manage investment efficiency, and oversee the technical requirements for complex tooling and automation. Your expertise will ensure that manufacturing processes are optimized for cost, quality, and ergonomic safety before reaching the plant floor.
Tooling & Equipment: Define requirements for DC/pneumatic tooling, fixtured tooling, lift assists, and major automation needs; develop SOWs for tooling design and build.
