About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Domain Scrum Master with 6 to 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies and SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation. You'll lead Agile teams, facilitate SAFE ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality deliveries.
What You Will Do
- Agile Leadership:
- Lead and coach Agile teams in SAFE implementation.
- Facilitate SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Retrospectives).
- Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Identify and resolve impediments to team progress.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Development Teams.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and SAFE principles.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, etc.).
- Provide visibility into team progress and impediments.
What You Need
- 6 to 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum Mastering.
- SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with SAFe implementation in large organizations.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, VersionOne).
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Lean-Agile principles.
- *Experience with *multiple SAFe roles (PO, RTE, etc.).
