Job Description

What awaits you?

- Responsible for the Logistics planning for all produced components adhering to agreed targets (Quality, Costs, Quantity, Timeline) towards project lead/Department head (ZX-T-2/14) and Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*).
- Acting as main interface between planning function in Plant Berlin and Plant Thailand, assuring adherence to methods and standards, local requirements and regulations towards Plant Management (ZX-T-83).
- Responsible for the building up of the technology Logistics plant Rayong with regards to structure, control engineering, equipment, IT, Environmental/Work safety towards project lead/department head (ZX-T-2/14) and Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*).
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of the logistics system to supply in series quality towards Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*).
- Responsible for the assigned technology Layout, capacity calculation towards Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*).
- Responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing new components/equipment/processes/structures in technology Logistics in alignment with central functions and plant departments towards Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*).
- Responsible for the evaluation and decision on future plant/technology projects in alignment with central functions towards Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*).
- Responsible for the project and annual Invest Target fulfilment for the assigned technology towards Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*) and Project/Plant Controlling (ZX-F-11/C3-TH-F-2).
- Ergonomic evaluations of the processes/equipment within the Technology Logistics with given BMW Standards/Systems.
- Responsible for the preparation and participation in internal/external Audits towards the BPM QMS/JMS Representative (ZX-T-835) and Plant Management (ZX-T-83*)

- Lead the integration of new technology standards based on future model launches/BMW Group/Process standard and local requirements, by deciding the necessary equipment upgrades and trainings for the plant.
- Lead the integration of new logistics technologies and keeping the logistics system always in accordance with valid BMW Group and local standards.
- Generate and implement process optimization solutions to achieve BMW Group Strategic targets (iFactory; LEAN, GREEN, DIGITAL) based on VPS principles and LRP Volume.
- Participation in the further development of logistics concepts, product and process design.

What should you bring along?

-University degree in in Engineering, Logistics or a related field with relevant business experience.

-Minimun 5 years Expertise in Technical Planning and Logistics, including international and cross-functional collaboration.

-Strong leadership and strategic management skills, with a focus on operational excellence and performance.
-Analytical and structured problem solver with sound decision-making capabilities.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fluent in English and Thai, with strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
