Advanced Specialist Inventory Management

What awaits you?

  • As an Advanced Specialist Inventory Management, you are responsible for daily follow up to the counting planning program (cycle counts and fiscal requirements) and Inventory KPI in TEM.
  • Steering daily meetings with the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) and involved areas, negotiating and aligning strategies to drive operational efficiency.
  • Perform SAP Key User activities such as manual movements in SAP systems (consumptions, level change, manual adjustments) that ensure system fluidity and control.
  • Design and develop work instructions and train the logistics provider's inventory users.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with all legal inventory requirements, implementing routine audits to guarantee quality and mitigate risks.

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Administration, Logistics, or equivalent professional knowledge.
  • Over 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of logistic processes in the automotive industry, especially in lean production optimization, warehouse management and line supply.
  • SAP Knowledge required.
  • Teamwork, assertiveness, and good communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office Software skills.
  • Business English skills.
