Job Title: Adult’s Social Workers - Front Door Service - Lewisham
Location: Lewisham
Pay Rate: £28/hour

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Qualified Adult’s Social Workers for a Front door service in Lewisham. Candidates must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree in Social Work, and have post-qualification work experience. Previous experience is essential for this role.

Main Duties:

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker with Front Door or Hospital Discharge experience to join our busy Front Door Service. The ideal candidate should have experience in cross-team collaboration and a strong understanding of the high demands in Adult Social Care (ASC).
