Are you a qualified Social Worker ready to bring compassion, expertise, and energy to one of London’s most diverse boroughs? Liquid Personnel is recruiting talented professionals to join our client in North West London’s Adult Services teams - where your work truly matters.

We’re on the lookout for passionate, driven, and qualified Social Workers to join their dynamic Adult Services teams. Whether your expertise lies in safeguarding, mental health, transitions, or integrated neighborhood support - they have a place for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered social work that empowers adults with care and support needs.
  • Champion the principles of the Care Act 2014 using a strengths-based approach.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to create tailored support plans.
  • Uphold statutory responsibilities while promoting independence and wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified Social Worker (BSc/MA in Social Work, Dip SW/HE or CQSW)
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Good understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, and DoLS
  • A commitment to inclusion, equity, and culturally responsive practice
