Social Worker (Level 1) | 10447 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £37,280 to £39,152 per annum - progressing to grade J after first year of practice (£39,862 to £41,771 per annum) | Grade I | King’s Lynn

We are excited to offer a full-time social work post within West place, this is with the West discharge team based at Priory House in King’s Lynn. Our team follows up people in the community once they are discharged from hospital.

We’re looking for a newly qualified Social Worker who will receive excellent support in their first year of practice.
