
Job Title: Adult Social Worker - Community Team - Bristol
Location: Bristol
Pay Rate: £34 depending on additional qualifications (Best Interest Assessor, Approved Mental Health Profession and Practice Educator)
About the Role:
Our client in Bristol is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join their Community Team, working with individuals aged 18 to 65 years. This role involves completing reviews, assessments, and care planning under the Care Act 2014.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will enhance outcomes for adults with care and support needs and carers by undertaking effective strengths-based assessments, planning, and direct work. You will identify needs in accordance with the Care Act 2014, statutory guidance, policy, and procedures. Additionally, you will undertake safeguarding duties to protect adults from abuse or neglect and practice social work in a transparent, accountable, and safe manner, adhering to professional standards, ethics, and values.
