Job Title: Adult Social Worker
Location: Worcestershire (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £30 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Work in a busy community team.
• Complete Care Act assessments.
• Conduct carer assessments.
• Perform reviews and support planning.
• Make mental care capacity and best interest decisions when needed.
• Lead with Safeguarding Enquiries.
• Collaborate with other services such as health, housing, and voluntary organisations.

Essential Requirements:

• A recognised professional qualification in social work, such as an MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW (Certificate of Qualification in Social Work).
• Must be registered with Social Work England, the regulatory body for social workers in England.
• Significant experience in delivering social work services to vulnerable adults, including those with disabilities and complex needs.
• Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, such as the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
• Strong assessment and analysis skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• A full UK driving license and access to a car are often required for client visits.
• The legal right to work in the UK
