Job Title: Adult Senior Social Worker – Locality North Team
Location: Kingston
Rate: £32.35 per hour

An exciting job role has recently become available for an Adult Senior Social Worker. They are looking for a new member to join the Locality North Team in Kingston.

What will your responsibilities be?
You will develop person-centred pathways and practices that are enabling, supportive, and help communities become more resilient. This role is crucial for delivering person-centred care assessments and supporting adults to remain as independent as possible. By working alongside health colleagues, you will help prevent adults from being admitted to long-term residential care and support their interdependence with the community. As a 'change agent,' you will support adults and their carers by building on their strengths, assets, and abilities to self-manage.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
