Job Title: Adult Senior Social Worker – Hospital Team
Location: Lewisham
Rate: £36 per hour

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Adult Senior Social Worker to join Lewisham’s Hospital Team.

What will your responsibilities be?
As an Adult Senior Social Worker in the Hospital Team, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure individuals receive the best possible care and support. You will be responsible for supervising staff and promoting joint working at a frontline level, working in a multidisciplinary way with colleagues across different council departments and healthcare services. Your role will involve driving high-quality outcomes and ensuring a person-centred approach to care.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England. You should have strong experience working in hospital-based social work, as well as supervisory experience in a social care setting. A deep understanding of relevant legislation and best practices is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills to promote joint working and multidisciplinary collaboration.
