
Job Title: Adult Senior Social Worker – Complex Care Team

Rate: £36 per hour
An exciting opportunity has recently opened up for an Adult Senior Social Worker to join the Complex Care Team in Bexley.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies to deliver the highest standard of care and support to individuals with complex needs. Your role will involve managing challenging cases, providing expert guidance, and ensuring tailored support plans meet the unique needs of service users.

To excel in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree-level qualification in Social Work, and have relevant post-qualified experience.
