Job Description

Join Our Growing Team as a Part-Time ARMHS Practitioner!

(With the opportunity to grow into full-time as our program expands!)

At North Homes Children and Family Services, we believe in making a difference — one person, one family, one community at a time. As a private, non-profit agency, we’re dedicated to providing a compassionate, community-based continuum of care across Northern Minnesota.

Our Adult Services Program is growing, and we’re excited to invite a motivated, mission-driven individual to join us as a part-time ARMHS Practitioner. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about helping others and eager to grow their career as the program continues to expand.

In this role, you’ll work directly with adults in the community to build and strengthen essential life skills — from managing mental health symptoms and daily living tasks to connecting with resources and fostering independence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build meaningful connections with clients while supporting them in achieving their goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized mental health treatment plans.
  • Provide coaching and skill-building in areas such as daily living, social interactions, parenting, and crisis management.
  • Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
  • Keep accurate documentation and stay current with training and best practices.

Why Join North Homes?

  • Opportunity to start part-time and grow into full-time as the caseload expands.
  • Supportive team culture focused on professional growth and collaboration.
  • Meaningful work that truly impacts lives in your community.
  • Comprehensive training and supervision to help you succeed.

If you’re looking to make a difference, grow your career, and be part of a team that values compassion and community, we’d love to hear from you!
