What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient therapy (individual, family, group)
- Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans
- Use evidence-based, outcome-focused approaches
- Collaborate with care teams and community partners
- Support clients in building skills and long-term stability
- Complete clinical documentation and care coordination

QualificationsWhat You Bring
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days
- Strong engagement and treatment planning skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Preferred:
- LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A
- Experience in outpatient or community mental health
