Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary
Provide administrative and operational support for the Adult Learning Lab while assisting clinicians, supervisors, and participants to ensure the efficient delivery of clinical services.

Responsibilities
  1. Welcoming Participants to Adult Learning Lab
  2. Monitor the Learning Lab email inbox and respond to any inquiries. In addition, respond to any incoming calls.
  3. Place calls to next day participants to remind them of upcoming appointments.
  4. Examine schedule and track participant check-ins and/or cancellations
  5. Check supply levels of items in therapy rooms and resupply as needed
  6. General Cleaning of Adult Learning Lab Locations (i.e. Chairs and tabletops)
  7. Check test protocols and organize observation room
  8. Provide support to student clinicians, supervisors and Clinical Admin Assistant
  9. Support additional projects on an ad hoc basis


Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in similar and/or related field. Prior experience working in a lab/customer service setting.
