About this exciting new position
Counseling Service of Addison County (CSAC) is seeking a dedicated specialist on housing to join our community support teams. In this role, you will be a champion for individuals facing life-impacting mental health challenges, providing the focus and facilitation they need to find and sustain a place to call home.

What You’ll Do

  • Advocate for Housing: Help clients navigate applications, paperwork, and resource access.
  • Build Partnerships: Collaborate with housing providers, community partners, and funding representatives.
  • Manage Information: Ensure accurate data entry and tracking of housing resources.
  • Support Stability: Work closely with support teams to ensure housing is safe and sustainable.

About Counseling Service of Addison County, Inc

The Counseling Service of Addison County (CSAC) is a local community mental health center located in Middlebury, Vermont. Since 1959, CSAC has been an integral part of the Addison County community.

The Counseling Service offers a wide range of professional mental health and developmental services designed to meet the needs of those seeking help. We are able to provide a multi-disciplinary approach that draws on the expertise of our staff, which includes persons trained in developmental services, substance abuse treatment, psychiatry, psychology, mental health counseling, social work, family therapy, and child therapy.

Our goal is to help people live more productive lives in their communities.

The following Mission Statement and Values were adopted by the CSAC Board of Directors at their October 9th, 1997 Board meeting. The Mission Statement and Values are the result of several staff and community meetings, where input was gathered.
