
Become part of our team as an Assistant Supervisor supporting adults with developmental disabilities at our Lakewood Adult Training Center and associated community-based program locations. This role is instrumental in helping coordinate day-to-day programming, delivering vocational and independent living skill instruction, and encouraging individuals to build confidence, independence, and active community involvement.
In addition to participant support, this position includes assisting with staff direction, helping maintain alignment with individualized service goals, reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance, and supporting employment-focused and skill-development initiatives across programs.
We are seeking a professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational strengths who can effectively collaborate with participants, families, community organizations, and oversight or funding agencies.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $25.50/hour, paid bi-weekly, with overtime opportunities available
