Job Location: Lincoln, NE 68502THE JOB
The Crisis Response Team Lead provides leadership, supervision, and direct support for CenterPointe’s Crisis Response Team, ensuring high-quality, coordinated crisis services and a safe, supportive environment for staff and individuals served. This role responds to behavioral health crises through assessments, crisis line support, and mobile crisis response while collaborating with community partners to connect individuals to appropriate mental health, substance use, and healthcare services.

QualificationsWHAT YOU HAVE
Required:
- 2+ years of education in a Behavioral Health field required, Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Direct experience responding to behavioral health and/or suicidal crises, experience working with diverse populations
- Valid NE driver's license with clean DMV record
