Job Description: The individual will work with students that are enrolled in BOCES Adult Education programs. The individual will support students with counseling, referrals for wrap-around services, transition plans, and follow-up. The individual may be required to attend treatment courts and county jails to meet with students. Experience with substance/alcohol abuse and mental health issues is desired. A bachelor's degree in social work, education or related field is required. The individual should have or be eligible for certification upon hire. It is anticipated that an individual will qualify for certification with successful completion of fingerprinting and three workshops. Regular attendance and dependability are required. Other responsibilities may be assigned. Assignment is subject to change.

Anticipated Salary: $35.00/hour
