We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in a dynamic role focused on empowering individuals through employment readiness and career development. This position plays a critical part in guiding participants toward self-sufficiency by delivering wrap around services. This includes facilitating training workshops, coordinating learning activities, and fostering strong community partnerships. ● Fosters collaboration with other agencies with a focus on helping participants to prepare for employment that leads to self-sufficiency.

● Schedule and conduct workshops, webinars. and other classroom activities designed to prepare students for career pathways.

● Coordinate online learning activities; assigns appropriate courses related to individual employment plans and goals, and monitors progress

● Administer Pre/Post-test assessments per curriculum and course certification documented in various case management systems.

● Collaborate with area businesses, advisory groups, and agencies to encourage the further development of school-to-work opportunities.

● Pre-screen potential participants for program eligibility. Keep accurate tracking/notes regarding participant progress.

● Investigate and share ideas regarding post-secondary options and adult services and network with all appropriate community agencies and organizations.

● Develop rapport with participants in order to mutually explore career options and interests.

● Work with participants individually or in groups to problem solve employment issues.

● All other training and training management duties as assigned.

● Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or a combination of education and experience can be considered with a minimum High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years of instructional design and facilitation experience, preferably related to career preparation.
• Strong facilitation, public speaking, and guided learning background
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead learning processes and relate to diverse populations
