
Student Worker (16 years or older)
Location:
Collier Adult & Community Education (Naples and/or Immokalee area).
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a student currently enrolled in Adult Education.
Facilitate student orientation, work alongside instructors to assist with new students navigating resources, technology, and translation. Student workers may also assist with monitoring phone lines and providing general program information. Day and/or evening hours available.

The District School Board of Collier County, also known as Collier County Public Schools, is a school district in Collier County, Florida. The district has schools placed in four cities throughout the county: Everglades City, Immokalee, Marco Island and Naples. The district employees 2,900 teachers, 47% with advanced degrees. The School District of Collier County includes 50 schools, along with two charter schools, and including two postsecondary technical schools educating adult or dually-enrolled high school students. For the 2009-2010 school year, Collier County Public Schools received a school district grade of “A” from the Florida Department of Education – its second “A” in a row. Before that, the District had maintained a “B” grade since 2004, when district grades were first given.
