
The base salary range for the Associate Director position is $140,000 to $222,000.
The base salary range for the Sr. Associate Director position is $170,000 to $269,000.
The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. The Associate Director, Patient Advocacy & Professional Relations is accountable for implementing and operationalizing the patient advocacy and specified Professional Medical Associations strategy for their specific TA in line with the direction provided by the Director, Patient Advocacy & Professional Relations. The incumbent is responsible for supporting the identification, assessment, and selection of advocacy organizations and specified Professional Medical Associations to partner with and facilitate appropriate connection points. The position holder understands the mission and vision of each organization to develop and determine how to work most effectively with partner organizations.
The Associate Director, Patient Advocacy & Professional Relations is also required to work closely with the identified patient advocacy groups to support patient educational workshops, disease awareness and management initiatives, patient speaker engagements, clinical trial awareness and other initiatives.
This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.
