Position: Adult Day Services Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the effective supervision and operation of all Adult Day Service Programs at Block Institute. This position is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, providing quality services to individuals in the program, and providing guidance and support to Program Supervisors and group room staff. The Program Coordinator will step in and perform supervisory tasks in the absence of a Program Supervisor, ensuring continuity of operations and exceptional care.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise Program Supervisors, Group Leaders, and Assistant Group Leaders as assigned to Adult Day Services program sites.
