They work closely with brand managers, internal teams and advertising agencies to ensure that advertising campaigns are launched successfully and are optimized for maximum effectiveness.
1. Collaborate with internal teams to develop advertising strategies that meet business goals and objectives.
2. Create and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Amazon, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
3. Develop and implement strategies for targeting specific audiences and maximizing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
3. Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes.
4. Conduct research to identify new advertising opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
5. Work with advertising agencies to develop creative and effective advertising campaigns.
6. Collaborate with internal teams such as analytics and creative to develop and implement effective advertising strategies.
7. Manage budgets and ensure that advertising campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
8. Provide regular reports on campaign performance to clients and internal teams.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure effective delivery of advertising campaigns.
职位要求Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in online advertising campaign management, with a focus on Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
3. Strong understanding of online advertising platforms, ad targeting, and campaign optimization.
4. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
5. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, advertising agencies, and internal teams.
7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
8. Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
9. Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in Chinese or German is a plus.
