
The Skunk Works®, also known as the Advanced Development Programs (ADP), Line of Business is seeking a Senior Portfolio Business Manager to add to its senior leadership team. ADP has developed some of the most iconic aircraft in history such as the U-2, SR-71, and F-117 and now the next generation of capabilities that will shape future technologies that protect US and Allied warfighters. The Portfolio Business Manager oversees financial strategy development and execution of a diverse portfolio of programs that includes the ADP Integrated Systems and Small UAS portfolios. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who play a key role in driving business outcomes through timely and accurate financial forecasting, effective management of program performance, business capture strategy development, and discretionary resource management, etc. In addition to overseeing execution of the aforementioned tasks, this role also plays a critical role in ensuring the proper staffing strategy is maintained by making sure the team is properly staffed and trained to execute their responsibilities and that the tools which support program finance execution are operating properly. In addition to having a broad business background and strong financial acumen, the position requires a people-oriented leader that can attract, engage, motivate, and develop F&BO talent within the organization. Full-Time Salary Range: $134900.00 - $250500.00
