Define and execute customer adoption strategy across the full lifecycle, maximizing the value customers derive from our solutions.
Design scalable, multichannel adoption journeys — self-service, virtual agents, human touchpoints — centered on customer experience.
Lead and orchestrate complex adoption programs with full accountability for timelines, priorities, and outcomes.

What skills are we looking for?
Industrytrack record— 5–8 years minimum in a comparable role within B2B markets, preferably in services or high-tech products, with proven ability to drive measurable outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
