We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Consultant to lead the successful implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot across our clients' organizations. This role involves developing and executing tailored change management strategies to facilitate user adoption, manage resistance, and create a sustainable change environment.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Certification: PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred.
Experience: Overall 10 to 15 years of experience and 3 to 6 years of professional, progressive experience in change management is required.
