Job Description

Clarity are currently recruiting for an Assistant Director of Nursing/ADON for a Care of the Older Person's facility in Galway.

Benefits available:

Permanent full time contract
Salary Negotiable depending on experience
4 weeks annual leave
24hr GP cover for the Nursing home
Further education and training opportunities
Parking on site
Meals provided
Accommodation Support if required

About the role:

51 bed nursing home and assisted living
Support the DON in day to day clinical and operational management
Ensuring high standards and HIQA regulations

Qualifications:

Active NMBI registration
Leadership training and/or a management qualification
Postgraduate qualification
3 years management experience
