Elderwood at Lancaster is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON – RN) who leads from alongside the team. We are looking for a visible, hands-on clinical leader who can coach employees, strengthen clinical practice, solve problems, and step onto a medication or treatment cart when residents and staff need support.
This is not a desk-only leadership position. The right ADON will bring sound clinical judgment, a team-first attitude, and the willingness to help wherever needed. You will have the support of a strong Administrator and Director of Nursing, along with guidance and resources from a Corporate Clinical Consultant.

Elderwood at Lancaster is located near the historic Village of Lancaster and is convenient to clinical leaders throughout Lancaster, Depew, Alden, Marilla, Elma, Clarence, Harris Hill, Akron, Darien Center, Corfu, Pembroke, Batavia, and the surrounding eastern Erie and western Genesee County communities.
