The CatholicCare Central Queensland and Helem Yumba Domestic & Family Violence Response program provides a range of collaborative and person-centred support interventions to adults, children and young people who are experiencing, or who are at risk of experiencing, domestic and family violence. The partnership between CatholicCare and Helem Yumba ensures that all domestic and family violence supports are provided in a culturally safe way.
The Adolescent Boys Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, leadership and operational management of the Supporting Adolescent Boys Trial delivered by CatholicCare Central Queensland.
The role provides program-level oversight of service delivery to adolescent boys aged 12–18 who are using, or at risk of using, family, domestic or sexual violence. This includes responsibility for workforce leadership, service quality, funding compliance, data reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, ensuring the program operates safely, ethically and in accordance with CatholicCare policies and procedures.
The role operates with a high level of autonomy and delegated authority. It does not hold a primary clinical caseload, except where required for service continuity, escalation, or risk management purposes. Direct therapeutic service delivery is undertaken primarily by Practitioners and the Senior Practitioner.

The successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate entitlement to work in Australia, and to disclose any pre-existing injury or disease which may be adversely affected by undertaking the inherent requirements of the position.
