Dear Adobe Target / Optimizely Developers,
We are currently looking for multiple Adobe Target / Optimizely Developers for one of the leading tech companies in Germany. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with Adobe Target or Optimizely, including experiment setup, personalization, and implementation workflows.
- Understanding of technical concepts such as at.js, mbox parameters, custom scripts, audience rules, and integration points.
- Background in frontend development related to A/B testing and personalization (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with Optimizely Web Experimentation and experiment lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of web analytics and how to evaluate experiment performance and user behavior data.
