What you'll bring to the team

💥 What You’ll Do

• Lead the admissions team in creating and modeling awesome first impressions for all guests
• Drive and monitor upselling opportunities
• Motivate admissions team and celebrate success through incentive-based performance and guest satisfaction
• Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
• Help train and motivate team members
• Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
• Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day

The ideal candidate is open to a flexible schedule, typically works a 5 day, 40hr week and is available to work weekends and holidays as well. This is what we do every day. Qualifications & Experience
