Salary $48,525 -$64,700 annually Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. This position is Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

Serve as a leader in the Office of Admissions to include overseeing front-facing operations for the office; leading strategic guiding the team; developing and planning large scale campus visit days for prospective students; and developing and training staff and student workers.
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Admissions Operations management (40%)
Supervision of student led service involving inbound communications, triage/problem solving, and visitation activities of prospective constituents.
Hires, trains, evaluates, and manages all non-tour guide student employees.
Ensures compliance with departmental and university policies and procedures related to student employment and human resources.
Manages Admissions welcome center day-to-day operations
Plan, develop, lead, execute and evaluate large scale visit day programs for prospective students.
Cross-functional collaboration with academic colleges and faculty to support student recruitment efforts.
Supervisions of Professional Staff (40%)
Supervise, develop, and evaluate two professional staff Admissions Counselors to ensure strong performance, collaboration, and goal alignment.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship focused on continuous growth and professional excellence.
Establish clear performance goals, monitor progress, and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and engagement.
Facilitate professional development opportunities that promote innovation, inclusivity, and leadership readiness within the admissions team.
Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and open communication.
Admissions Counseling and Enrollment Initiatives (20%)
Assist with overall recruitment strategy by supporting in-state and out-of-state recruitment and efforts.
Meet with prospective students and their parents to discuss admission procedures and University policies.
Liaisons with State and local partners for development opportunities.
Develops, troubleshoots, and evolves new admissions processes/practices using the Slate CRM for enhanced student services.
Utilizes Slate reporting and communication tools to impact enrollment outcomes.
Create presentations for the public and promote the University in a variety of formats.
Other duties as assigned.
