Denver, CO (Hybrid)

Contract-to-Hire

We are hiring Admissions Representatives to support patients requiring specialized healthcare services. This is an excellent opportunity for healthcare administrative professionals who enjoy customer service, coordinating patient care, and building relationships with providers and healthcare facilities.

What You'll Do

As an Admissions Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping patients access the treatment they need by managing the intake and placement process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare facilities
  • Coordinate patient admissions and scheduling
  • Verify insurance information and assist with prior authorizations
  • Respond professionally to phone, email, and fax inquiries
  • Contact hospitals and healthcare providers to facilitate patient placement
  • Partner with case managers, discharge planners, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and performance metrics

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of healthcare administrative experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Patient scheduling
  • Front desk/reception
  • Insurance verification
  • Prior authorizations
  • Referral coordination
  • Healthcare customer service
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong data entry skills (25-40+ WPM)
  • Proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Stable work history with consistent tenure

Schedule & Work Environment

Training

  • Fully remote training after the first in-office day
  • Training hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM MST
  • One-hour lunch break

After Training

  • Primarily remote
  • Monthly in-office team meetings in Denver
  • Standard schedules will fall between:
  • Start times: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • End times: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Please note: Attendance is critical during the first 90 days, and no time off can be taken during this period.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.24 - $20.24/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
