As a Postdoctoral Scholar, you will be engaged in research projects funded by grants obtained by others at the University or funded by other department funds. The primary purpose of which is to provide research and/or scholarly training for a career in academia and/or in research. Under the direction of Kelli Curtis, JD and Alyson Alber, JD in the School of Law at CWRU, you will be engaged in research activities that will include, but may not be limited to the following:
The postdoc will represent the School of Law at approximately 40 Admissions Recruiting Events around the country; they will serve as a primary file reader on applications to our Fall 26 in person and Fall 26 online JD programs; they will meet with prospective students visiting the School of Law; They will assist the Associate Deans with strategic review of Admissions programs and policies, support the faculty admissions committee, and review federal regulations related to the Budget Reconciliation Act of 2025 to inform enrollment and financial aid policy at the law school and dual degree programs within the University.
JD is required. Admissions experience preferred.
