Why Your Role Matters
The Admissions Officer plays a key role in processing and assessing applications within the Admissions, Scholarships and RPL team.
You’ll deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely admissions services while providing excellent customer support to applicants, University staff, agents, and offshore partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining compliance and service standards.
These positions report to an Admissions Team Leader or Manager. Successful candidates will be allocated to a team based on business needs, skills, and experience.
We are currently recruiting for multiple fixed-term opportunities, ranging from 5 to 8 months in duration. These opportunities have arisen to support employee leave and secondment arrangements across the Admissions team.

The roles will work on a hybrid basis, Monday to Friday, business hours. Work during the end of the year UNSW shutdown period, and some key weekends during peak periods, may be required.
