Admissions Nurse (LPN)

Location Green Valley Rehabilitation Center (Eugene, OR)

Schedule Full-time, Monday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm, some flex weekends will be required.

Pay $37.97/HR - $53.58/HR (DOE)

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Admissions Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, customer-friendly admissions process that supports patients and their families with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will help create a positive first impression by guiding new admissions through a seamless and efficient experience—while maintaining all required documentation and regulatory standards.

The Admissions Nurse will serve as a vital liaison between patients, families, and our interdisciplinary team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong clinical judgment, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the admissions process for new patients

  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards

  • Provide clear communication and compassionate support to patients and families during admission

  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, care teams, and support staff

  • Assist with assessments to determine appropriate level of care

  • Promote a customer-focused experience from initial contact through onboarding

  • Participate in implementing and supporting new program initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the state

  • Experience in admissions, case management, or intake preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Creative problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude
