Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Admissions Manager to oversee the nursery's admissions and enrollment function. The role will be responsible for managing prospective parent inquiries, conducting nursery tours, converting leads into enrollments, and ensuring an excellent experience for parents throughout the admissions process.

The Admissions Manager will also lead the admissions team, monitor enrollment performance, and work closely with the Nursery Manager, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve occupancy and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete admissions process from initial inquiry through to enrollment.
• Handle inquiries from prospective parents through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
• Conduct nursery tours and confidently present the nursery's facilities, curriculum, activities, and overall offering to parents.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
• Follow up consistently with prospective families and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
• Manage the admissions pipeline and ensure all leads are properly recorded and followed up.
• Lead and motivate the admissions team to achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
• Monitor key admissions KPIs, including inquiries, tours, conversion rates, and enrollments.
• Develop initiatives to improve lead conversion and increase nursery occupancy.
• Coordinate with the Nursery Manager and academic team regarding availability, class capacity, and student placement.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on enrollment campaigns, promotions, open days, and other admissions initiatives.
• Ensure parents receive accurate information regarding fees, programs, schedules, policies, and enrollment requirements.
• Handle parent concerns and questions professionally, ensuring a positive admissions experience.
• Maintain accurate student and admissions records and ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Prepare regular admissions reports and provide management with updates on enrollment performance and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to improve the admissions process and overall parent experience.
• Ensure all admissions activities comply with nursery policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within a nursery, school, or education environment.
• Previous experience managing a team is preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, warm approach when dealing with parents.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Target-driven and commercially minded, with a strong focus on enrollment and conversion.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/admissions management systems.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
