As an Admissions Shift Lead, you’ll combine guest interaction with real-time leadership—coaching team members, managing guest flow, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the experience fun, safe, and seamless. What You’ll Do 🧱As an Admissions Shift Lead, you’ll balance hands-on leadership with guest-facing action. You won’t just supervise — you’ll jump in, support your team, and help deliver an awesome experience for every guest.
Day to day, you will:
- Lead daily Admissions operations to ensure safe, efficient, and guest-ready entry 🎟️🛟
- Assign, guide, and support front-line hosts throughout each shift 🗂️💬
- Actively manage queues and guest flow during busy periods ⏱️➡️
- Lead by example by stepping into host positions when needed 🌟
- Deliver outstanding guest service and confidently handle guest recovery situations 😊ð ï¸
- Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards ð§¼â ï¸
- Coach, motivate, and recognize team members to drive engagement and performance ðð
- Support training across safety procedures, retail standards, and profit protection ðð
- Partner with other departments to resolve issues quickly and maintain a seamless guest experience ðð¤
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, stocking, and team engagement ð

What Weâre Looking For ð
- Weâre looking for an energetic, people-first leader who loves working with children and families and enjoys making a difference in real time.
- Youâll be successful if you have:
- A high school diploma or GED (college coursework or degree preferred) ð
- At least six months of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or other guest-facing environments ð°
- Previous experience leading, training, or mentoring team members ð§âð«
- Strong communication skills with a positive, enthusiastic leadership style ð¬ð
- A genuine passion for creating playful, memorable experiences for families ð
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic technology ð»ð³
- The ability to stay organized, calm, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment ð§ â¡
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons ðð
