Salary: $70,304 - $82,000 annually, DOE

Loma Linda Post Acute is seeking a driven, professional, and relationship-focused Admissions Director to lead our admissions process and serve as a key liaison between hospitals, referral partners, patients, families, and our clinical team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional who thrives on building connections, coordinating transitions of care, and helping patients receive the quality post-acute services they need. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience from admission through discharge.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all admissions and referral activities for the facility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community referral sources.
  • Review referrals and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to determine admission appropriateness.
  • Coordinate patient admissions, room assignments, and transition planning.
  • Meet with residents and families to provide information and facilitate a smooth admission process.
  • Maintain census development efforts and support occupancy goals.
  • Track admission metrics, referral trends, and marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all facility policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Partner closely with clinical leadership to promote quality patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous admissions, marketing, business development, healthcare sales, or case management experience preferred.
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, EMRs, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-service mindset with a passion for helping patients and families.
