Admissions Director

Medical Hill Healthcare Center – Full-Time

$35–$40/hour DOE | Benefits Available

Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Admissions Director to join our team. The Admissions Director plays a key role in supporting facility operations and growing census by managing the admissions process, developing strong referral relationships, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective residents and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for an admissions professional who enjoys building relationships, working collaboratively with clinical teams, and helping connect patients with the appropriate post-acute care services.

General Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to support facility operations by increasing and maintaining facility census while ensuring that admissions are handled professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with facility policies and applicable requirements.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare admissions experience preferred.
  • Skilled nursing, post-acute, healthcare sales, or business development experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance verification, admissions processes, and post-acute healthcare services preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

$35–$40/hour DOE
