Cypress Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Admissions Director to join our team!

Salary $40k-55k based on Experience and Education

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities and qualifications of an Admissions Director:

Qualifications:

  • Skilled admissions experience preferred
  • Knowledge of MCR, MCD, and experience with managing care plans
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess basic clinical knowledge to review and assess referrals
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Tour the community and confidently answer questions related to admissions and processes
  • Signing contracts with new residents
  • Ensure daily census is complete and accurate
  • Build and maintain relationships through marketing with local ALFs and surrounding hospital providers
  • Maintain polite and professional telephone etiquette
