
U.S. Education Technology Company is seeking a full-time Remote Admissions Coordinator (Inbound Sales Coordinator)

Compensation: $14/HR. | Salary-based (No Commission)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
A privately-held high growth education company based in the United States is hiring a remote Admissions Coordinator to help prospective students move through the admissions process with clarity, warmth, and momentum.
This is a phone-first role. You should be comfortable spending much of the day speaking with applicants, answering questions, explaining next steps, and helping people feel confident about continuing through the process.
You will also manage the admissions email, keep applicant records clean in the internal admissions platform, and coordinate with the clinical site team when an applicant has site-related context. The platform tracks applicant status, notes, automated emails, application scoring, quiz results, references, and admissions tasks. Your job is to use that system well, keep the human follow-up moving, and escalate exceptions when needed.
