
Admissions Coordinator, in-person/in-house M-F, 8-4:30, Worcester
Compensation based on experience $20.00 to $29.00 per hour
Provides exceptional customer service for all internal and external customers including referral sources such as case managers, physician offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities as well as patients and patient families. Responsible for gathering all needed data in order to accept a referral.
Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year working in a health care environment or medical assisting.
• Strong customer service background via telephonic communications required, preferably in a medical environment.
• Strong clerical and computer skills required including data entry, working knowledge of office machines, phones and filing systems.
• Experience using Excel preferred.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and have strong attention to detail.
