Admissions Coordinator for our Behavioral Health Practice

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 Annual Salary

This is a full-time, in-person role managing a high volume of incoming admissions for a growing behavioral health group. The Admissions Coordinator handles inquiries from families and referral sources, moves new clients smoothly through intake, and helps build out the back-office systems that keep the practice organized as it scales. You will work closely with ownership in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications of the Admissions Coordinator:

- Prior admissions, intake, or patient-access experience, ideally in healthcare or behavioral health

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high volume without dropping details

- Comfort with phones, scheduling, and intake or EHR software

- Self-starter who can help build and improve back-office processes (preferred)

Responsibilities of the Admissions Coordinator:

- Manage incoming admissions inquiries from families, pediatricians, schools, and referral sources

- Move new clients through the intake process quickly and accurately

- Build and maintain back-office systems, documentation, and workflows

- Partner directly with ownership to keep admissions and operations on track
