What You'll Do:

• Guide prospective residents and their families through the admissions process, including tours and consultations
• Support occupancy goals by managing census across community service lines
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals and healthcare providers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming referrals and manage the referrals portal
• Coordinate documentation, insurance information, and admission details

What you will need:

• RN or LPN license within the state of NE required
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and have the ability to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families, and team members
