As an Admissions Coordinator at Recovery Centers of America (RCA), you will guide patients, families, and referral sources through the intake process with compassion and clinical insight.
Your work ensures that every patient arrives safely, receives the correct level of care, and feels welcomed and informed from the moment they walk through our doors. By coordinating clinical, medical, and financial needs at intake, you play a crucial role in connecting patients to the treatment they need—and supporting RCA’s mission to save one million lives.

State Specific Responsibilities
Follows organizational cybersecurity policies, including acceptable use, password management, and multi-factor authentication requirements. Immediately reports suspected security incidents, unauthorized access, or data breaches in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Maintains strict confidentiality of PHI and adheres to the principle of least privilege, accessing only the minimum necessary data required to perform job functions.
