Admissions Coordinator (Marketing)

Location: Grants Pass, OR (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00/HR (Hourly/DOE)

Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a driven and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team in Grants Pass, Oregon. Royale Gardens is part of the Volare Health portfolio that operates a network of long-term care skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation centers across multiple states, and we are proud to create a welcoming, supportive environment for our residents, their families, and our staff.

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Admissions Director in the entire inquiry and admissions process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective residents and their families. This includes conducting tours, performing assessments, maintaining strong communication, and following up on leads. You will also play a key role in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to support occupancy and community outreach goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Support in inquiries and admissions in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist with conducting facility tours, assessments, and presentations for prospective residents and families
  • Build relationships with referral sources and community partners
  • In partnership, develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to drive census growth
  • Ensure smooth admissions transitions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or admissions (preferred)
  • Experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting is (preferred)
  • Background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn
