The primary task of the Admissions Assistant is to maintain student records and transcripts, assist with registration and schedule changes, and scan records for permanent storage. Perform clerical duties that follow prescribed and well-established procedures set by federal, state, and institutional policies.
Salary: Appropriate placement on the Alabama Community College System Salary Schedule E4: (Salary range: $35,570 - $59,541 Annually)
Benefits: Full-Time employees are entitled to the College's benefit package to include: PEEHIP, retirement, leave (annual, sick, and personal), etc.
